ACHARA (etchera)

Today Achara soup with okro and  fish (fresh).
I think it  would  be   wort  the  heavy down pour  that drenched us  yesterday at Orie Nenwe. Therefore, ladies and gentlemen ; after church services  today do not visit me because I shall be  ‘officially absent’ from the house but really busy in the kitchen. No phone calls  but SMS may be read.
The last time I ate ‘ echara’ was in  a Chinese  restaurant  in Oslo city  or Rome but they were nothing  to  be compared with the ones  you find in Nenwe and  the whole Aninri  LGA.
